Return and refund policy

The following are the return and refund policy of Yanaworldwide.

Returns are not accepted during the Sale Period.

All products listed in www.Yanaworldwide.store will be bound by this return and refund policy. Using the website means you have read and understood the terms and conditions of return and refund policy.

Any item that shows the sign of wear or use or if it is in a condition other than the way it was when it was delivered, it cannot be returned.

Damaged or defective products should be returned in the condition they came in and should include all accessories with it.

All products are quality checked before dispatching by Yanaworldwide Pitstop officials and thus we ensure all of them are in working condition.

We provide returns only on damaged goods upon delivery. Please exercise caution before placing an order because you cannot cancel an order once it is processed.

In case of damaged goods being delivered or wrong size or wrong specification is delivered we offer only replacement. No refund of the same will be provided under any condition.

All return requests should be filed within 12 hours of the delivery of the product. Any request preceding that will not qualify for replacement.

You should inspect the product as and when received and should submit a return request within the above given stipulated time window.

We will refund you the shipping cost you have bared for returning the product or the shipping cost that we have bared for the product to ship it to you (whichever is lower).

Following are the scope of returns/refunds of all products. All our returns/refunds will be bound by the following:

If a product is found faulty or has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product is sent to you, we will replace the product as fast as possible to our best of capabilities.

A full refund of the amount of that product will be initiated in 7 days only if the replacement of the same product is not available in stock with us. In all other cases, we will be replacing the product.

Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

once refund request will be approved we will processed the refund in 2 days & the money will reflected in customer bank account in 4 to 5 days.

If there are any changes to this rule, the same will be mentioned in the description of the product. Unless anything is specifically mentioned, all products will be bound by the above given policies.

Regarding the refund of the shipping charge that you incur while shipping the product back to us, we can only refund the amount it cost us to ship the product to you or the cost that you have borne (whichever is lower).

Products bought during any sale or discount offers cannot be refunded or replaced

Cancellation policy:

In case if you wish to cancel after you have placed an order on our website, please do so immediately.

However, once the order is processed by our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order. An order can be communicated to the warehouse for processing in as little as under half an hour, so act immediately. We reserve the complete right to decide whether the order is processed or not.

There will be no cancellation on products ordered during a “sale”. A sale being any promotional sales that have offers or/and discounts.

In case you receive faulty/damaged products, please inform our customer service immediately. They will assist you on how to return and will initiate the refund/replace after checking and verifying your claim. Please check our return policy here .

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse or reject an order any time without any prior notice. The reasons for cancelling will be notified to you if such a situation arises. Situations like, limitations of quantity, inaccuracies or error in product details or price, problems identified in payments etc, but not limited to the above may result in cancellation of order from our side. If such a cancellation is done and your payments account is charged the same will be refunded back to the same account. In case if we cannot process it in the above mentioned way we will get in touch with you to ask for your bank details to process the payment.
